Anthony Buchanico I Have a Dream Too Orange stream January 19th
I have a dream, that one day the world will nourish its young, with the knowledge they deserve. Yes I have a dream that one day children all around the world will be ableto recite their alphabets, that children will can count to 10, that children no matter who they are, can get the occupation they desire. Yes I have a dream that one day the insincere exclusion will cease, that worldwide wisdom will be worldwide and that the IQ of a fully-grown citizen will always be abovethe average.
I have a dream.
Yes, I have a dream
The World will see itself as the equal being that it is. It will soon end its reign as unequal division. Any man will qualify as president, politician, governor or lawyer! Anyperson white, black, Vietnamese, Irish, Italian, German or any other race, shall get the proper learning which they deserve. Somewhere, at this very moment. There is aboy, His dream is to grow up and be a fine politician. But this boy is out on the streets. How can he obtain his dream if he is incapable of learning the necessaryrequirements? I ask you to think of this, if yourselves were in this position you certainly would want the tools for learning would you not.
Yes this is my dream that will one day soon be a reality
SONG: We Don't Need No Education ARTIST: Pink Floyd
GENRE: Rock LENGTH: 5:43
LYRICS:
You, Yes You, Stand Still Laddie!
When we grew up and went to school, there were certain teachers who would hurt the children anyway they could by pouring their derision upon anything we did exposing every weakness however carefully hidden by the kids.
But in the town it was well known that when they got home at night their fat and psychopathic wives Would thrash them within inches of their lives!ooooooooooooo, oooooooo, ooooooooooo, ooooooooo, ooooooooo, ooooooooo, oooo.
We don't need no education We don’t need no thought control No dark sarcasm in the classroom Teachers leave them kids alone Hey! Teacher! Leave them kids alone! All in all it's just anot her brick in the wall All in all you're just another brick in the wall.
(A bunch of kids singing) We don't need no education We don’t need no thought control No dark sarcasm in the classroom Teachers leave them kids alone Hey! Teacher! Leave us kids alone! All in all it's just another brick in the wall. All in all you're just another brick in the wall.
Spoken: "Wrong, Guess again! Wrong, Guess again! If you don't eat yer meat, you can't have any pudding. How can you have any pudding if you don't eat yer meat? You! Yes, you behind the bikesheds, stand still laddie!"
[Sound of many TV's coming on, all on different channels] "The Bulls are already out there" Pink: "Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrgh!" "This Roman Meal bakery thought you'd like to know."
I don't need no arms around me And I dont need no drugs to calm me. I have seen the writing on the wall. Don't think I need anything at all. No! Don't think I'll need anything at all. All in all it was all just bricks in the wall. All in all you were all just bricks in the wall.
Why Chosen: This song in my opinion shows how kids can be when it comes to school. They don't realize the opportunity they have to learn. Now I would be lying if I said that I haven't woken up to say "Ugh I hate this!" But that's besides the point. People don't realize how lucky we are to have the money to afford a decent school to get us somewhere in life. Some kids don't ever wake up in the morning to school. They become overly lazy, lack friends as well as a decent education.
